Eakin Seal is best to fill the skin folds and uneven skin around the stoma and fecal fistula to help the bag attach better.

Fecal fistula can be managed by using wound care products and large sized colostomy bags. It needs long term management and may heal spontaneously. I was also invited to manage such fistula at Kathmandu Medical College before 2 weeks. Now the patient is getting better by using 70 mm colostomy bags and eakin seal under the colostomy flange. His hospital stay has been shortening.
